New clients and those inactive for 8+ months must book an Initial Session. Existing clients must log into their account to view their treatment plan and follow-up appointments. Appointments can only be changed more than 12 hours in advance by logging into your account. Changes are not permitted within 12 hours. Text and email do not guarantee cancellations or rescheduling; please do not utilize these methods of contact for this purpose. Appointments must be managed through your account.

Neuro/Myofascial Care Session
This session replaces what was previously referred to as deep tissue or neuromuscular massage.
Care is focused, intentional, and guided by how your system presents — not scripted routines.
New Clients
New clients are required to book an Initial Neuro/Myofascial Session before follow-up care.
Intake forms must be completed prior to arrival to support a focused first visit.
Treatment Focus
This clinic does not offer general relaxation massage.
Sessions are guided by nervous system response, soft tissue patterns, and movement relationships to support regulation, mobility, and long-term change.
If you’re seeking a standard full-body routine, this clinic may not be the right fit.
Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 12 hours’ notice or missed appointments are charged 100% of the session fee.
Repeated late cancellations may result in restricted booking access.
This policy exists to protect availability for clients seeking ongoing care.
Illness & Bodywork Policy
This type of neuromuscular and deep tissue bodywork cannot be provided if you are ill or experiencing symptoms. If you develop symptoms of illness, you must cancel immediately rather than attend your appointment. Illness does not exempt you from the 12-hour cancellation policy, and late cancellations are charged the full cost of the reserved appointment.

Credit Card Policy
A valid credit card is required to book.
Cards are only charged for late cancellations or missed appointments.
These fees are not billable to insurance and are the client’s responsibility.

Direct Billing
Direct billing is available where supported.
If your plan does not allow direct billing, payment is due at the time of treatment.
