Know Before You Book
New & Returning Clients
New clients and those inactive for 8+ months must book an Initial 90-Minute Session. Complete intake forms before arrival. Existing clients must log in to access eligible follow-ups.
Booking & Cancellations
Appointments are available Tuesday–Friday, 1–5 PM, with booking opening four weeks ahead.
A valid credit card is required. Cancellations within 12 hours and no-shows incur the full session fee. Changes must be made through your online account, not by email. Repeated late cancellations may restrict future bookings.
Late arrivals receive only the remaining appointment time.
Illness Policy: Please DO NOT attend while ill. Bodywork cannot be performed when experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. As appointments are scheduled in the afternoon, clients are expected to monitor their health and cancel with at least 12 hours’ notice when possible. The standard cancellation policy remains in effect, including illness-related cancellations.
Direct Billing
Available with participating insurers, subject to coverage and client consent. Clients are responsible for unpaid balances. Cancellation fees cannot be billed to insurance.
