Anna Marie works specificially with a style of treatment that is Deep Tissue Therapeutic Massage incorprated with NeuroMuscular Massage Therapy and MyoFascial Release. This style helps clients who suffer with chronic pain, injuries and looking for rehabilitiation after injury. This also helps with those who are limited in their Range of Motion (ROM). We work with the body and help improve ROM and compensating kinetic patterns that contribute to pain. Also suitable for clients who have structural causes to discomfort (eg. Scoliosis, arhritis) where its not soft tissue related but soft tissue manipulation helps releive tension and pain that they suffer from on a continuous basis.
We also work Nerve Compression and Nerve Pain (numb, tingling sensations, pain, loss of motor skill), Pelvic and Lower Extremities (hips,legs, knees, ankle, feet)
This style is also Great for maintence and general Massage Therapy Treatments (ie relaxing the body, releasing tension) if you're not looking for treatment for a specific problem. We also have other Therapeutic Treatments available such as Cupping Treatments, Jade Stone Treatments, and Hot Stone Massage. Prenatal and Postnatal clients are welcome and can book their Massage Treatments under women's health.
