Initial Neuro & Myofascial Session

Pregnancy has its own aches and discomforts as it is, you do not have to suffer without any comfort or relief. It’s important to have prenatal massages and care prior to birth just as much as after. Prenatal massages can help with pelvic pain, compressed ribs, relief of numbing and tingling in hands and fingers that compression from inside can cause. You can also enjoy comfort and rest if that’s all you seek. This is about making space for you and your body as you grow your little one inside.

PreNatal Massage

Deep Tissue Massage Treatment with Silicone Cups incorporated with the Massage.  Cupping is used to release adhesions throughout the collagen fibres that muscle and connective tissue is made from.  It helps with improving Range of Motion, releasing tension and aides in recovery in soft tissue damage (injury) through vacuum sucking (Pulls Blood Flow into the deep and surface areas of Soft Tissue) which then facilitates the body's ability to heal itself where the damage has occurred.  This treatment is therapeutic and can be used as therapy as well as relaxation if you enjoy the sensation of cupping.  It is not exclusive to injury and rehabilitation although it is extremely beneficial to rehabilitation and maintenance.

Cupping Massage Treatment

Jade Stone Treatment is the use of Nephrite Jade stones using Contrast Therapy. The Treatment uses Hot Stone and Cold Stone temperatures intentionally to create Vascular Flush in your body. This treatment is beneficial for detoxing due to increasing the metabolic rate (waste removal) on a cellular level in the body. Jade Stones have a very powerful effect due to the nature of the stone’s properties being magnesium, calcium and iron. These stones are smooth and non-porous and can be used for both hot and cold temperatures. When Jade is heated it radiates far-infrared heat (does not conduct it) creating a soothing effect to deep aches and pains in the body by penetrating heat deep into soft tissue and joints, increasing blood flow into those areas and stimulating collagen production. The heat the stone conducts and radiates makes 1 stroke from the stone an equivalent to 7 strokes of the hand. When you combine cold stone (contrast therapy) the strokes are 80 times more powerful. This treatment makes you feel relaxed but also recharged and energized.
Due to the nature of Vascular Flush this treatment Can Not be performed on anyone who has a pacemaker, heart disease and uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension. If unsure ask your doctor for clearance before booking this treatment.

Jade Stone Massage Treatment

This Massage Treatment uses Besalt stones for the Hot Stone treatment as a full body massage finishing with the neck and face (optional with Cold Stone Marble or Jade). Hot Stone massage is relaxing, therapeutic and soothes aches in the body using heat as an analgesic. This treatment is beneficial for releasing tension, soothing deep aches, and calming the parasympathetic nervous system in the body. This treatment will put you in relaxed state and facilitate deep sleep. Due to the Nature of Hot Stone massage this treatment Can Not be performed on anyone who has uncontrolled diabetes or
hypertension, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease or pregnant. If unsure clear with your doctor before booking this treatment

Hot Stone Massage Treatment

This treatment focuses on two major alignment centers: the pelvis and the jaw/TMJ, which often mirror each other in tension, posture, and compensation patterns.
The session begins with a brief movement and alignment check to identify imbalances in the hips, low back, ribs, and jaw.

Hands-on work blends myoskeletal alignment techniques, targeted deep tissue, and gentle myofascial release to help:
• rebalance the pelvis
• reduce SI joint or low-back tension
• improve rib and diaphragm mobility
• release jaw clenching, grinding, or TMJ pain
• calm the nervous system and restore natural symmetry

Ideal if you feel “out of place,” tilted through the hips, uneven, locked in the jaw, or if your pain travels between these areas.
