Your first session is an in-depth look at how your body moves, compensates, and holds tension. We’ll assess posture, alignment, and mobility to uncover what’s driving pain or restriction — not just where it hurts.

Treatment combines myoskeletal alignment, neuromuscular therapy, and myofascial release to unwind deep holding patterns and restore balance through the whole system. Sessions are precise yet intuitive — focused on helping your body feel stable, grounded, and connected again.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of what’s happening in your body and how to support long-term change between treatments.

Initial Neuro/Myofascial Session

Pregnancy has its own aches and discomforts as it is, you do not have to suffer without any comfort or relief. It’s important to have prenatal massages and care prior to birth just as much as after. Prenatal massages can help with pelvic pain, compressed ribs, relief of numbing and tingling in hands and fingers that compression from inside can cause. You can also enjoy comfort and rest if that’s all you seek. This is about making space for you and your body as you grow your little one inside.

PreNatal Massage Treatment

Dynamic Cupping Therapy uses decompression and movement to work with the body’s fascial and muscular systems. Cups are applied and glided across tissue to improve mobility, circulation, and tissue response.

Gua sha tools may be integrated for more precise, targeted work and to support efficient fascial and fluid movement.

Treatments are performed with a full-body approach to support systemic circulation, lymphatic flow, and fascial integration. Sessions may be modified as needed, but are not limited to isolated areas.

Each session is adapted to your body and is not performed as a routine.

Dynamic Cupping Therapy

Jade Contrast Therapy is a hydrotherapy-based treatment using nephrite jade stones to apply alternating heat and cold in a structured sequence. This approach is designed to influence circulation, regulate the nervous system, and support tissue response.

The treatment follows a specific flow through the body with repeated contrast applications to create a vascular response. Jade tools, including gua sha, may be incorporated to allow for more efficient transitions and targeted work.

While rooted in traditional contrast therapy principles, this treatment is adapted to your body’s presentation and is not performed as a routine sequence.

Not suitable for individuals with uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, pacemakers, uncontrolled diabetes, or hypertension. Please consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

Jade Contrast Therapy

Therapeutic Massage with Heated Stones. This treatment integrates heated stones, including jade and volcanic stones, to support deeper therapeutic work. Stones are selected and applied based on your body’s presentation, allowing for a more effective release of tension without excessive pressure.

Heat enhances circulation, softens tissue, and supports nervous system down regulation, while optional cold stones may be used to create contrast and support recovery.

This is a therapeutic treatment designed to address deeper muscular patterns while maintaining a restorative experience.

Thermal Stone Therapy

This treatment focuses on two major alignment centers: the pelvis and the jaw/TMJ, which often mirror each other in tension, posture, and compensation patterns.
The session begins with a brief movement and alignment check to identify imbalances in the hips, low back, ribs, and jaw.

Hands-on work blends myoskeletal alignment techniques, targeted deep tissue, and gentle myofascial release to help:
• rebalance the pelvis
• reduce SI joint or low-back tension
• improve rib and diaphragm mobility
• release jaw clenching, grinding, or TMJ pain
• calm the nervous system and restore natural symmetry

Ideal if you feel “out of place,” tilted through the hips, uneven, locked in the jaw, or if your pain travels between these areas.
