Description
Jade Contrast Therapy is a hydrotherapy-based treatment using nephrite jade stones to apply alternating heat and cold in a structured sequence. This approach is designed to influence circulation, regulate the nervous system, and support tissue response. The treatment follows a specific flow through the body with repeated contrast applications to create a vascular response. Jade tools, including gua sha, may be incorporated to allow for more efficient transitions and targeted work. While rooted in traditional contrast therapy principles, this treatment is adapted to your body’s presentation and is not performed as a routine sequence.
